Qatar Navigation Dubai
has opened it's 15,000 sq metre warehousing & logistics facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone. Our services include warehousing, distribution, packing, kitting and palletisation.
The new site includes 11,000 heavy duty VNA racking locations, plus an additional 4,000 double deep pallet spaces, along with 9 loading bays for the receipt and despatch of goods.
The Warehouse is controlled with a system that provide an accurate track and trace of all stock, ease of locating/retrieving products, plus real time management of warehousing activities. Also a radio data terminals is used to communicate tasks to operatives and record each transaction to the second.
The Facilities
Plot area of 15,000 sqmt area of which 8580 sqmt occupied wiht a covered state-of-the art warehouse, 435 sqmt of the office area, 840 sqmt of mezzanine dedicated area for value added jobs, ample space for bulk cargo and balance area is fully paved for cargo and circulating area.
Heavy duty VNA racking system with space for 10773 pallets and has a capacity of 1.4 CBM or 1000 Kgs cargo
Double Deep racking system with space for 3860 Pallets and has the capacity of 1.4 CBM or 1000 kgs.
Overall cargo capacity of 809 tenus ( 20234 CBM).
9 loading / Unloading bay with hydraulic dock levelers & 2 ramps.
Large staging area and covered space for bulk cargo.
Latest handling equipment - 7 high - 1.6 VNA/ Double deep Stacker, Battery operated forklift.
